Withdrawal Status

It is very simple, first make sure you have no open positions. Then you can send an email to [email protected] requesting to change the base currency of your account. Currently we offer base currencies of USD, EUR, and GBP.

No, there are no fees to open an account at Zenfinex.

To open an account is quick and easy. Simply click open an account, complete the required details and agree to our terms and conditions.

The minimum deposit to open a Mini Account is £50:$50:€50
The minimum deposit to open a Standard Account is £5000:$5000:€5000
The minimum deposit to open a Pro Account is £25000:$25000:€25000

This is the minimum amount to open an account with Zenfinex. It is 500 units of the currency of your choice. Current options are GBP, EUR and USD.

You will receive an automated email from our operations team whenever a deposit is made. This will be sent to the email address registered on file.

It’s quick and easy to withdraw funds from your Zenfinex trading account. For your convenience, withdrawal requests are submitted online and not through telephone.

To withdraw funds, please log into myZen and click on “Withdraw Funds”. A withdrawal request can be submitted online by selecting your withdrawal method and clicking “Submit”. We will process your withdrawal request within one business day whenever possible. The available withdrawal options and time frames to receive funds are:

Credit or Debit Card:

Time frames will vary depending on the credit card issuer and may take up to one billing cycle to post back to the credit or debit card used for funding.

Bank Wires:

Domestic bank wires take approximately one to two business days and international bank wires take approximately three to five business days, often less, to arrive.

SEPA:

If you have a Euro denominated account and your bank account is located in the European Union, you will have the option to withdraw funds via SEPA.

BACS:

If you have a GBP denominated account and your bank account is located in the United Kingdom, you will have the option to withdraw funds via BACS.

Domestic bank wires take approximately one to two business days and international bank wires take three to five business days, often less, to arrive.

Credit / Debit Cards:

If you funded your account with a credit card or debit card, it is required to withdraw the principal amount (deposit amount) back to your credit card. The credit card issuer may take from five business days to one billing cycle (approximately thirty days) to post back to the credit or debit card used for funding. When requesting a withdrawal to a credit card, please consider if that card is closed, expired, or a different credit card number has been issued, to choose an alternative method of withdrawal. Returning funds to a closed account can cause a significant delay in receiving funds, and Zenfinex cannot guarantee a time frame in which funds will be received if the requested withdrawal amount is initiated to a closed account.

There are no fees for withdrawals by credit or debit card. A small withdrawal fee will be charged for all bank wire requests.

There is no charge for debit or credit card account withdrawals. There may be a small fee for withdrawals that are made through bank wire or transfer.

Account withdrawals are processed on a first come, first served basis. We aim to process each withdrawal within one business day.

There may have been a small bank wire fee charged on the outgoing wire. This fee is typically $25.

It takes between 1-2 business days to process a withdrawal. If you request a withdrawal via our online portal, you should get an automatic email indicating the status of the withdrawal. Accounts funded via credit or debit card will be required to receive withdrawals via the same credit or debit card.

Please note that the credit card used for funding will be the same card used to return fund to when a withdrawal is requested. Please contact Zenfinex immediately if the card used to fund is closed or if a different credit card number is re-issued.

Domestic wire transfers generally arrive within 1-2 business days. International wire transfers are usually received within 3-5 business days.

Withdrawal using credit or debit cards usually takes 1-2 business days. In some cases the client should have to wait until the billing cycle ends to get his/her funds on the account.
